What Is Porn?
To be honest, it's not even a question but still here is an overview of porn from Wikipedia.
According to the Wiki " Pornography (often shortened to porn) is the portrayal of sexual subject
matter for the exclusive purpose of sexual arousal. Pornography could also be presented during a
sort of media, including magazines, animation, writing, film, video, and video games. The term
doesn't include live exhibitions like sex shows and stripteases. The primary subjects of present-day
pornographic depictions are pornographic models, who pose for still photographs,
and pornographic actors who engage in filmed sex acts.
Various groups within society have considered depictions of a sexual nature immoral, addictive, and
noxious, labeling them pornographic, and attempting to possess them suppressed under obscenity
laws, censored or made illegal. Such grounds, and even the definition of pornography, have differed
in various historical, cultural, and national contexts. Social attitudes towards the discussion and
presentation of sexuality have become more tolerant in Western countries, and legal definitions of

While in part of the world, porn is legal and Some Countries have restriction even

Now I'm not going to get into whether banning porn is good or bad, let keep it
for another post.
Well Banning Porn doesn't really do that much, as people can still access porn
whenever they want. So if you're watching porn the question that arises
is Porn bad for you?
Well, To be honest, Almost everything has one or more side effects, But If you do
it in moderation then, it's totally fine but if you're addicted to it that can
problematic, but in the case of porn it is much worse than you can imagine.
Porn works like some drugs, if you're addicted to it or regularly use it for
pleasuring yourself or watching in general then that means it has taken over
your brain as a drug for instant satisfaction. The more you try to avoid it the
more you end up watching porn (again & again & again). Once In a week is okay
but daily is a red flag. If you think you have these symptoms then it's time to
discipline yourself or talk to a therapist.
Addiction: When you think this is the last time I'm watching porn
and I will never do that again but end up doing it again and again.

-> It might lead to sexual violence.
-> Your health can show serious problems such (ED, Low Sex Drive, etc).

What Can You do to prevent it?
well, there is no diagnosis of porn addiction in the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) for now.
But You can do several things such as ->

2. Maintaining self-discipline.
3. Keep Your self Busy.

Conclusion: Is Porn Bad For You? watching porn doesn't make you a bad person and it's a natural thing, at least you are not the person who is selling their body to earn money (get rich) or something (Even after having a good degree), just limit yourself and go outside and get a girlfriend or friends to spend the time with. Pornstars are doing their job and I don't neither respect nor hate them. I just think about their family like mother, father, sister, brother, even husband and it makes me sad.
